Up The Front with Joe Lindsay

Available for over a year

Alan McGee is the charismatic label boss who started Creation Records in 1983 and signed the likes of The Jesus & Mary Chain, Primal Scream and My Bloody Valentine before a fateful, chance encounter with the Gallagher brothers 10 years later. Here are his memories of coming across Oasis almost by accident when he went along to see some other bands playing at a venue very similar in size and reputation to The Limelight, King Tut's Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow.
