Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is primarily represented in the public consciousness by the image of a young boy, bouncing off the walls, uncontrollable... but that is by no means the full story. Adult ADHD, particularly in women, is quiet, completely misunderstood and therefore very difficult for people to talk about.
