Michelle Day loves her job as a taxi firm telephonist and operator. The 35 year old told BBC Radio Solent reporter Laurence Herdman that her workplace team is like a 'second family' because they're together so many hours of the day and they all get along. Michelle has lived with a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia since birth.
