A Class Baby is a rapper hailing from Tottenham, North London. Self-described as dark rap, ACB has crafted a sound that weaves smooth harmonies and cleverly crafted bars over slick productions, drawing heavily on the deep house, dancehall, jungle and hip-hop she grew up listening to. Having dedicated her school years to acting, ACB has since turned her attention to music. Uploading her first track to BBC Music Introducing back in April, it was the rapper’s wicked debut single ‘Dappa’ that caught our attention with its catchy hook and punchy vocals. Despite the fact that she actually penned the track a couple of years ago while she was still at school, it wasn’t until ACB hopped in the studio with production duo Blackjax after connecting on Instagram that it took shape.
