Styles Farmhouse Ice Cream, based at Rodhuish near Minehead, say they’ve made the first fully solar powered ice cream van in the world. The family business, which operates across Somerset says a major decision behind creating the solar powered vans in 2016, was because of children being exposed to the fumes around the van. BBC Radio Somerset’s Dan Ayers went to meet the owner, David Baker, on the Quantocks.
