Coventry billboards

Yesterday some billboards were spotted in Coventry, there's a picture of Coventry skyline with a slogan "Coventry, this isn't forever" The billboards have been spotted near Earlsdon, one near AT7 centre and Wyken. The only other words on there are StaySafe and Together Apart. We've put on our sleuthing hats and have tracked down who is behind the billboards. . ..
