The piece 'Stonehenge' dates from 1929 and is extremely atmospheric and rather angular in style. With a little imagination, you’ll hear the building of the mighty Neolithic monument, brought to life through the percussion and brass fanfares, all wrapped in the lush woodwind and strings of the English countryside.
