Casper the little Commando - and how he was inspired by Captain Tom

Seven year old Casper is planning to run 30 miles in May for his Royal Marine Challenge. Inspired by Captain Tom and egged on by a host of supporters, the little commando has been telling BBC Radio Cornwall's James Churchfield that he’s also planning to cycle around the world one day.
