Russian death toll figures are 'suspect'

The World Health Organization says the worldwide coronavirus infection total is now approaching five million. Some of the biggest increases in the number of cases have come from Russia where official figures suggest there are now more than 300,000 people who've tested positive. Remarkably though, the official death stands at under 3,000. So what's going on?
