Blogger seeking judicial review on how PSNI and Dept. of Health have implemented coronavirus regulations

The Executive has amended regulations to 'clarify' when you can leave your home. The 'clarification' will include what's deemed 'reasonable' - including for exercise. In a press release on Friday the Executive Office said that a "drive to a safe space or facility would be permitted". However - "taking a long drive to get to a beach, or resort where numbers of people may gather is unlikely to be regarded as reasonable, even for exercise". But has the clarification really provided much more clarity? The blogger Jamie Bryson is seeking a judicial review on how the PSNI and the Department of Health have implemented the coronavirus regulations.
