On Sunday Parliament Buildings was lit up purple to celebrate International Women's Day, but Jim Allister has recently had a request declined to light up the building for a victims event. He made the request to coincide with an event to mark the annual European Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism. Stephen spoke to TUV MLA Jim Allister and commentator Phil Kelly.
