Long Clawson Dairy set to expand

Jimmy and Summaya

Available for over a year

The Long Clawson Dairy is the country's biggest Stilton cheese maker. It's been given planning permission to transform and modernise production areas at its base near Melton Mowbray. It is hoped that the expansion will help continue the international growth of the business. However, with Britain's exit from the EU, the company is struggling to recruit workers. So instead is investing in technology to help streamline their workflow. Helen McCarthy can't resist a cheesy story so she paid them a visit.
