Lucy Martindale was "forced" into a gang when she was a teenager and when she was nine witnessed the murder of her cousin. Now, as the director of anti-knife crime organisation Operation Shutdown, she's calling on police to use stop and search on young girls as it might allow them to explain they were being groomed.
