An elected representative Paul Givan asks a simple question of our Chief Constable - does the PIRA exist? Simon Byrne refuses to answer it. Why on earth would that question from an MLA be refused by our head of policing? He is pushing our elected representatives on to the Northern Ireland Office rather than him answering it directly.
