Three young sailors from Brussels have arrived at Portland Marina aboard their trimaran, 'Zinzinc' on a beach cleaning mission. Tristan De Bassompierre (20), Sebastien Heymans (21) and Adrien Cordier (22) are spending their summer holiday clearing plastics from UK sands and shorelines. The university students have already stopped off at Dover, Brighton, the Isle of Wight and Swanage. Last year, the friends cleaned beaches at Brittany in the west of France, and rivers near their home town. Our reporter Laurence went to meet them on the marina pontoon.
