Football in Cornwall is changing. The Peninsula League will now have two Premier Divisions split across West and East. Sin Bins, made popular in rugby, will also be introduced. BBC Kick Off reporter William Lethbridge has been speaking to Peninsula League Secretary Phil Hiscox.
