Oxfam: 'They were prioritising money over people'

Newshour

Available for over a year

Oxfam has been severely criticised by the Charity Commission for the way it dealt with claims of serious sexual misconduct by its staff in Haiti. Helen Evans was Oxfam's global head of safeguarding between 2012 and 2015. She says she was brushed off by both Oxfam and the Charity Commission when she raised concerns about allegations of misconduct by Oxfam staff in the aftermath of the earthquake in Haiti in 2010.
