The Aga Khan - the leader of the small Shia Muslim denomination, the Ismailis - is perhaps better known here for both his race horses as well as for his development work around the world. But for some years now his foundation has run a music initiative, and last weekend saw the very first Aga Khan Music Awards take place in Lisbon, in Portugal. The focus of the competition is on musicians from the Muslim world, and the BBC's Lopa Kothari was there to watch it.
