Available for over a year

A BBC study has revealed that foreign language studies at secondary schools and colleges has hit an 18-year low. The results of the survey showed that Poole local authority has lost 47 per cent of its students over the last five years. French teacher Kate Dolman works in the Modern Languages Department at Poole High School has praised curriculum time and support as 'generous' but says the subject has become increasingly challenging for students.
