David Mundell: “No plans” to delay Brexit vote

Ahead of a speech in London, Good Morning Scotland spoke to the Scottish Secretary David Mundell. He urged colleagues to back Theresa May’s proposed Brexit deal, and said there were “no plans” to delay the vote at Westminster.
