Speed limit reduction closure for devastated widow

Grace Dursley has campaigned for a lower speed limit on a section of the Preston Road in Weymouth. In 2015 her husband Chris was killed by a speeding motorcyclist when the pair crossed the A353. The retired teacher contacted her local MP Richard Drax and County Councillor Tony Ferrari for advice. The speed limit was reduced from 50 mph to 40 mph on 5th December 2018.
