The Scottish Government launched its new drug strategy this week. Figures published earlier this year showed there were a record 934 drugs-related deaths in Scotland in 2017. The new strategy was unveiled in Dundee, which has the highest rate of drug deaths in Europe. In this week's Reporter's Notebook, BBC Scotland's Graeme Ogston reflects on the journeys of those in the city taking the road to recovery.
