This year's winner of the BBC South Unsung Hero is a woman from Dorset who set up a Boccia club. Gemma Mitchell, is 28 and was born with cerebral palsy. After taking up Boccia, now a Paralympic sport, Gemma quickly realised that there wasn't a club for her to join in the county, but that didn't stop her. She decided to set up her own. The club has had a huge positive impact for the community, and Gemma's efforts didn't go unnoticed. Gemma and her carer Tracey Payne spoke to Breakfast In Dorset.
