Lisa and Chani work closely together as part of a small team of physiotherapists based mainly in Hull and Pocklington, and have become good mates even though one of them is the boss. Lisa started her own business in 2010 with Chani adding to the growing list of staff a few years later. They discuss the difficulties of training to qualify and the demands of the job.
