The 16th October 2018 is the 50th Anniversary of the release of Jimi Hendrix's groundbreaking album Electric Ladyland. To celebrate, there is a deluxe edition of the album set for release in November which includes a new 5.1 surround mix by Eddie Kramer, Hendrix's longtime engineer and producer. Shaun Keaveny chatted with Eddie Kramer about the new material that's being released as part of the box set, what the 5.1 mix entails and his memories of the creation of the album.
