Skate Kitchen: The NYC collective of girls changing the skate scene

A new film Skate Kitchen tells the story of an introverted teenager Camille (Rachelle Vinberg) from Long Island who meets and befriends an all-girl New York skateboard collective. It is a story of friendships, and female empowerment. The young women who star in the film, are all part of real skateboarding collective called ‘Skate Kitchen'. Jenni is joined by two of the skaters and actors from the film Nina Moran and Dede Lovelace, to hear about the collective.
