'There's nothing illegal about it... but it is morally offensive' Online retail giant Amazon paid far less tax in the UK last year, despite seeing a jump in profits. Amazon Services UK, its retail logistics arm, paid tax of £1.7m, down from £7.4m in 2016, but operating profits rose from £48m to £80m. Market commentator David Buik explained on Good Morning Wales how transnational companies can reduce their UK tax.
