Two years ago 5 Live broadcaster Rachael Bland was told she had breast cancer. Despite surgery and chemotherapy she has been told that there is little else that can be done. Rachael has written a blog and recorded a BBC podcast about her experience. She joins Kate and Jason to share her experience and tells them why she is determined to enjoy all the good times with her young family while she can.
