A man complaining about Surrey's streetlights being switched off at night has been advised by a Councillor to buy a good torch. Paul Steynberg in Stoneleigh says he was livid and felt insulted by the email from County Councillor Mary Angell. She insists her email was not disrespectful or insulting.
