The officials trying to stop people in Surrey becoming terrorists say lessons from the Parsons Green bombing "are being considered and implemented". Surrey County Council had put Ahmad Hassan on the Prevent programme to stop radicalisation - but his tutor said he hadn't agreed to take part. Now a review has been carried out but its recommendations are being kept secret at the moment.
