Inspectors have rated a nursery for 2-4 year olds in Surrey as inadequate - and warned of risk to their health and safety. OFSTED visited BizzKids at St Mathews Church Hall in Ashford last month. Its report says staff didn't supervise children effectively to minimise the risk of accidents - or manage their behaviour.
