Child car-seat safety concerns

Good Morning Ulster

Available for over a year

Drivers in Northern Ireland are cutting corners when it comes to child car-seat safety. The latest research shows almost half of them admitted carrying someone else's child in their car without suitable seat-belts - a much higher percentage than in the rest of the UK. Car safety expert Simon Bellamy told Good Morning Ulster many drivers don't know the laws and give-in too easily to children who complain about being strapped in.
