Council leader announces road investment

The leader of Surrey County Council says that they're planning to invest an extra £5m on road improvements. It's after BBC Surrey contacted David Hodge about a sign on the A22 in Godstone, near to a roundabout leading on to junction 6 of the M25. The sign hasn't been fixed, despite being damaged after a crash involving a scaffolding lorry a year ago.
