Alex Blackwell reflects on the rise of women's cricket during her 15-year career. Blackwell captained Australia to a maiden World T20 title in 2010 - one of five ICC world titles she won throughout her career. But growing up, she used to look up to a lot of male cricketers because they had more exposure.
