Reading defender Tiago Ilori is convinced the Royals can improve their form. Reading have only won one of their last 12 league games, and sit just four points above the relegation zone. "Things haven't been going our way," Ilori told BBC Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "We're still a very strong team and we know that. "We're all pulling the same way." And Ilori is looking to get Reading's next win against Derby on Saturday. "They're doing well, and we'll try and beat them on Saturday."
