The Museum of East Anglian Life in Stowmarket says several of its collections have been affected by a thieves who broke into four of its buildings. In total 135 items are thought to have been stolen, many of low value. The thieves also stripped lead from the roof of Abbot’s Hall at the museum, causing damage to the roof and brickwork. Lisa Harris, the collections manager at the museum, told BBC Radio Suffolk the thefts were "really quite heartbreaking".
