Councillors from Southampton are considering how they can reduce the amount of drug-related waste in the city One idea they'll be learning about - Drug Consumption rooms. They're already being used elsewhere in Europe and offer safe, supervised places where addicts can inject or inhale illicit substances without fear of prosecution.
