The former BBC Radio Solent broadcaster and sailor Dennis Skillicorn has died at the age of eighty five. Dennis lived and worked in Hampshire for many years, and was well known for his sailing reports on BBC Radio Solent. Most recently his Open Waters feature ran in the Peter White Saturday show. Neil Sackley looks back on his life and career.
