The Department of Health is coming under pressure to issue guidance to mothers who share breast milk. A BBC WM investigation has discovered that thousands of women exchange their own milk online - outside of NHS supervision. There are fears that the unregulated practice could spread infection and viruses such as HIV and hepatitis. But advocates argue that mothers are making an informed choice. Caroline Martin reports.
