Joe and Amy met in an art class at Dorothy House Hospice. Joe was a policeman and Amy was a teacher, they both loved working with the public. Their jobs meant no day was ever the same. A cancer diagnosis has meant that both of them are unable to work. Joe and Amy have both suffered from depression and talk about how this is woven into their cancer diagnosis.
