Stephen Foster

Available for over a year

Two women in their 80s have been seriously hurt in incidents involving mobility scooters. In Felixstowe, the victim suffered leg injuries that might be life-changing after being knocked to the ground in a collision on the promenade. And police in Lowestoft say they are treating a similar incident in the town's Marks and Spencer store as ABH. PCSO Michael Soanes says the victim in Lowestoft has been badly affected by what happened.
