Surrey County Council has begun a public consultation on whether there should be charges at rural car parks. The 5 sites are: Chobham Common, Wisley and Ockham Commons, Whitmoor Common, Rodborough Common and Norbury Park. James Cannon and Lesley McCabe have been getting reaction from people using the commons and speaking to the councillor in charge of the consultation.
