Breakfast on BBC Radio Surrey

Available for over a year

Council-tax payers around Aldershot, Farnborough and Fleet are facing big cuts in services because of a £140m shortfall in Hampshire's budget. County council leader Roy Perry says he is looking at radical ways to make ends meet and says job cuts are inevitable. Lollipop ladies, recycling centres and street lights could all be cut. One Liberal Democrat councillor has described the planned cuts as "absolutely devastating".
