County council launches campaign for fairer government funding

Something needs to be done to address the way councils across the country are funded - or services will fall off a cliff edge. That's the view of Northamptonshire County Council leader Heather Smith. The authority has launched a campaign calling for a fairer funding deal from central government. BBC Radio Northampton's politics reporter Craig Lewis spoke to Councillor Smith about the campaign.
