Bristol's own Banksy is rich and famous for his 'street art', yet aspiring teenage artists in the city are being charged with criminal damage for following his example. This programme hears from the vandals, the artists, and those who are trying to distinguish between them. Following the success of Bristol City Museum's Banksy exhibition, which drew in more than 300,000 visitors, the council want Bristolians to vote on whether graffiti should be left on buildings or removed.
