A misplaced apostrophe has cost Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon council almost TWELVE HUNDRED pounds. a theatrical version of Charles Dickens' Great Expectations took place in Banbridge last month BUT it was an advertising billboard for the play that caused quite a stir on social media .... when the apostrophe was placed before the S in Dickens instead of after. The council then reprinted all of the posters and flyers at considerable cost. Money well spent for the sake of good grammar OR a complete waste of council funds?
