Boycott: Jennings' tentative play 'no good'

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Geoffrey Boycott has said England opening batsman Keaton Jennings needs to be more positive. The former England opener told 5 live Breakfast: "You have to be positive in defence as well as attack. If you're tentative it's no good - and he's tentatively poking at the ball... that doesn't work." England will return to the crease this morning with the third Test against South Africa finely balanced after a rain-affected opening day at The Oval. This clip is from 5 live Breakfast Friday 28 July 2017.
