Thousands of people pulled on their wellies at the weekend for the Deer Shed Festival near Thirsk. It's very much a family festival, filled with music, poetry, comedy and science. If you couldn't make, perhaps preferring to stay dry, there were 12 hours of torrential rain on Friday night and 8 hours on the Saturday. Here's a few of the sights and sounds, with a few tips on surviving a festival thrown in for good measure!
