New US Sanctions on Russia Move Closer

The US House of Representatives has voted to impose fresh sanctions on Russia, despite President Donald Trump objecting to the legislation. Daniel Fried, former sanctions coordinator at the US State Department looks at the latest step. Is infrastructure spending really the secret to boosting economic growth?
