BBC Outlook is the home of extraordinary stories with a global perspective but one interview broadcast on the 21 July prompted Helen from Tanzania to accuse the programme of normalising rape. The interview was with Thordis Elva - who was raped at the age of 16 - and the perpetrator, Tom Stranger.
